Looking to work in a warm, growth-oriented, collaborative therapy practice or know someone who is? NVision You, LLC is a boutique holistic psychotherapy group in downtown Chicago. We are a close team of mental health clinicians that integrates various factors in a client’s life, such as a person’s age, biology, relationships, work, cultural background, gender identification, spirituality, nutrition, and lifestyle habits. Our clients are adult individuals and couples coping with intense stressors of everyday life.

This Part-time contract position for an Office Assistant is available immediately and requires up to 10 hours per week, depending on the skill sets you bring. If desired, there is an opportunity to work for another local psychotherapy practice that shares the same technology platforms for additional hours.

Primary Responsibilities at NVision You will include:

  • Intake coordination and client scheduling

  • Phone and email support for potential clients

  • Track referral sources, follow up, and retention of clients using spreadsheets

  • Updating the website and newsletter

  • Offline and online marketing support

  • Other clerical and administrative back-up support as needed

Candidates must:

  • Have professional communication skills, on the phone and in writing

  • Have excellent customer service and sales skills

  • Have working knowledge of the mental health field

  • Be proficient at Excel and G-Suite apps

  • Have working knowledge of SquareSpace

  • Be tech-savvy and familiar with online marketing strategies, such as social media, Google AdWords, and SEO

  • Be willing to work on site occasionally, although the majority of work can be conducted remotely
