FULLY LICENSED psychoTHERAPIST

- PART TIME & FULL TIME POSITIONS

- AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

This W2 position for a fully Licensed or License-eligible Psychotherapist is available immediately and offers:

Candidates must:

  • Be clinically licensed or license-eligible in Illinois (Psy.D., Ph.D., LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT)

  • Have at least 3-years of psychotherapy experience.

  • Be trained in and have a strong interest to work with clients through a holistic and multi-systemic lens. Training may include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT) mind-body work, health coaching, and relationship therapies. Preference will be given to candidates who feel comfortable working with couples as well as individual clients. Hypnosis, nutrition, or career coaching skills are a plus, but not required.

  • FT Employees: Be expected to build up to a minimum caseload of 24 clients per week
    PT Employees: Be expected to build up to a minimum caseload of 12 clients per week

  • Be willing to work at least 2 evenings and a weekend day.

  • Be available for Group Consultation on Thursday afternoons.

  • Value active participation in group supervision/consult.

  • Commit to at least 2-years employment.

  • Be paneled or agree to be paneled with BCBS PPO and United Healthcare.

  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and value a collaborative work environment. We are looking for candidates who are invested in the success of their clients, their coworkers, and the business overall.

POST-DOC IN CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY - 2 YRS

- FULL TIME

- AVAILABLE AUGUST OR SEPTEMBER 2019

This 2-year Full-time Post-Doc position is available in the fall of 2019, and includes:

Candidates must:

  • Have their Psy.D. or Ph.D.

OFFICE ASSISTANT

- part time

- Available immediately

This Part-time contract position for an Office Assistant is available immediately and requires 10 hours per week, on average. If desired, there may be an opportunity to work for other psychotherapy practices sharing the same technology platforms for additional hours.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

  • Intake coordination and client scheduling

  • Phone and email support for potential clients

  • Track referral sources, follow up, and retention of clients using spreadsheets

  • Updating the website and newsletter

  • Offline and online marketing support

  • Other clerical and administrative back-up support as needed

Candidates must:

  • Have professional communication skills, on the phone and in writing

  • Have excellent customer service and sales skills

  • Have working knowledge of the mental health field

  • Be proficient at Excel and G-Suite apps

  • Have working knowledge of SquareSpace

  • Be tech-savvy and familiar with online marketing strategies, such as social media, Google AdWords, and SEO

  • Be willing to work on site occasionally, although the majority of work can be conducted remotely
