Welcome to a space of exploration and transformation!

I’m a passionate bilingual therapist dedicated to guiding clients on their journey towards rich, meaningful lives in both English and Spanish. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that every person is on a unique path of becoming, and I am here to help you design the path you want to be on. In our sessions, I draw inspiration from various therapeutic frameworks and work with a respectful, non-blaming approach that explores the stories, ideas, and beliefs that have shaped your understanding of life. Through meaningful conversations, we’ll navigate the intricate landscapes of your experiences to uncover the possibilities for change that exist.

Embracing the philosophy that nothing is truly settled, I see therapy as a powerful tool for exploring new and different paths towards change. Together, we’ll cultivate a welcoming and safe environment where you can freely express and examine your thoughts and emotions. In our work together, my goal is to help you embrace new self-images and possibilities that align with what you value. I view each session as an opportunity for you to reconnect with the inherent resourcefulness within yourself to create the life you desire. So, if you’re ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, I’m here to walk beside you. Let’s co-create a path that resonates with your aspirations and leads to a more fulfilling life.

FUN FACTS:

  • I was born in Mexico City but spent some of my childhood years in the USA. Mexico City is also where I earned both my Bachelor’s in Psychology, and my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a Minor in Systemic and Postmodern Therapy.

  • I have a crazy 2-year-old Goldendoodle that enjoys stealing socks and human food.

I view therapy as entering a path of becoming, where as a therapist, I strive to help you design the path you want to be on.

Testimonials

“I feel so safe with Lillian. She listens to me without judgment and makes me think about what’s best for me rather than telling me what to do. I feel so respected and trusted. And most importantly, I’m learning to respect and trust myself.”
