THERAPIST FOR WORK-RELATED STRESS, ANXIETY, AND MOOD DISORDERS

Also providing therapy for:

Welcome! If you’re checking out my page, you may be an entrepreneur, executive, business owner, or a person who values ambition in a demanding career. You may also be here because you have a desire to improve your mental health. The good news is, you’re already taking the first step. You’re in the right place.

Before reading further, I invite you to take a moment to answer the following questions:

Are you under tremendous amounts of pressure or feel a deep fear of failure about work?

Are you neglecting the people in your life or activities you used to enjoy doing, or would enjoy doing?

Have you Googled symptoms of anxiety, depression or bipolar disorder and resonate with any of them?

Do you find yourself overworking yourself to the point of exhaustion and feel there is no other way?

If you answered one or more of these questions with “yes”, we may be a good fit.

Together, we will learn what is preventing you from being your most authentic “self”. It’s hard to admit you’re not superhuman when your career is taking a toll on your mental health. The career climbing journey can be isolating and the risks can often outweigh the rewards. The good news is you don’t have to be alone in this.

In our work together, we will hold space for you to better understand the core stressors in your life and how to cope with them. You may learn tools to be a better public speaker, feel more confident in meetings, and become more courageous and resilient in your risk taking in your day to day life. You may explore the depths of who you are and build a better relationship with everything and everyone, including yourself. This journey is yours.

My hope as your therapist is for you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself you might not have known existed and tap into the strengths you have within you to be the person you always wanted to be. But the possibilities are endless.

About Me:

My professional experience is a mixture of a few themes:

Entrepreneurship, in the start-up and fundraising space.

Social work, in mental and physical health care.

Public speaking, on the topic of de-stigmatizing mental health within the professional community.

These three themes combined have given me a unique toolset to help business owners, executives, entrepreneurs and individuals in their respective careers reach their full potential, improve their mental wellbeing and build confidence and trust in who they are on a visceral level.

I use an eclectic approach when it comes to treatment. Think psychotherapy + executive coaching. The best of both worlds.

Some of the techniques I use to achieve this are:

  • Internal Family Systems (and “Parts” work)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Social Rhythm Therapy

  • Meaning Centered Psychotherapy

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)

  • Executive Coaching

  • Mindfulness and Somatic Experiencing

**Please note that I take confidentiality very seriously. Many of my clients work in executive positions, law, entertainment, politics, “Big 4” companies or start-ups. Not only am I bound to confidentiality by HIPAA laws, I personally recognize mental health is not always a welcomed topic in the professional community. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out to me at natalie@nvisionyou.com.

Testimonials

“Natalie has been the best therapist I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot of therapists! I feel so comfortable and comforted in her presence. She really cares, and has a way of making me feel safe enough to open up about some really hard stuff. I’ve learned a lot about myself and ways I can change to make me feel better about my life and my self.”
